In short: this site has no cookies, no analytics and does not track you. The only place where you give me any details is the contact form, and I use them solely to reply to you.

1. Who I am

madebykondy.com is my personal website. The data controller is Ioannis Kondylakis, Athens, Greece. For anything concerning your personal data, write to me at gianniskondy@gmail.com.

2. What I collect and when

a. Contact form. When you send a message you give your full name, your email address and the text of the message. Along with these, the time of sending, the country the message came from (as estimated by the network) and the language you were viewing the site in are recorded automatically. The message reaches me as an email in my mailbox.

b. Technical visit data. Like every website, this site is served by infrastructure that, for security and operational reasons, temporarily sees your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. I keep no visitor log and build no visitor profiles.

c. Language preference. Your choice of Greek or English is stored only on your own device (the browser's local storage), so the site does not ask you every time. It is not transmitted anywhere and you can clear it from your browser settings.

3. Why I use them and on what legal basis

To reply to your message. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which you give by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what happened before.
For security and protection against abuse (for example automated spam messages). The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the site working properly (Article 6(1)(f)).

I do not use your details for advertising, do not sell them, do not share them with third parties for their own purposes, and make no automated decisions about you.

4. Who processes them on my behalf

To run the site and the form I use the services below, which act as processors under their own data protection commitments:

The site's fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no third-party request is made for them. To protect the form from automated messages the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile: it loads only when you open the form, checks that a human is submitting it without making you solve puzzles, and for that purpose temporarily processes technical details of your browser. It uses no tracking cookies.

Some of the companies above are based in, or keep infrastructure outside, the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer takes place with the safeguards the Regulation provides (standard contractual clauses or participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

5. How long I keep them

Form messages stay in my mailbox for as long as our correspondence lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that I can refer back to them. They are deleted whenever you ask.
The infrastructure's technical logs (Cloudflare, Resend) are deleted automatically within days or weeks, according to each service's policy.
The language preference stays on your device until you clear it.

6. Cookies

The site uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones, and has no analytics or advertising tools. That is why you will not see a cookie notice.

7. Your rights

Regarding the data that concerns you, you can at any time ask:

to learn what data I hold about you and receive a copy (access, portability),
to have it corrected or deleted,
to have its use restricted, or to object to it,
to withdraw your consent.

An email to gianniskondy@gmail.com is enough; I reply within one month at the latest. If you believe your rights are being violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the supervisory authority of your own country.

8. Minors

The site is intended for adults. If you believe a minor has sent me details through the form, let me know so that I can delete them.

9. Links to other sites

The site links to the websites of the iliohamogelo kindergarten and preschool. Each website has its own privacy policy, which applies from the moment you go there.

10. Changes

If anything I describe here changes, I will update this page and the date at its top.
